hi guysi bought my maxisys pro of ebay, it worked fine but then i decided to backup/reset and now it deleted all my carsanyway i can restore it or download it again?thanks -

I did the same thing with mine. Lost all maxisys files contact the actual support department through email. They may be able to walk you through getting your cars back. -

Please provide us your serial No., if your device is still within the updating period, you can go to Maxisys->Update to download all the software again.If you missed Maxisys app, please contact support@autel.com. -

The unit has been expired on 2015-06-13. You can go to our website http://pro.auteltech.com/ to register your account and then we can transfer to your own account. -

Hi, the S/N has been transferred to your mail ID already. Please check.For the update, since the update period of this tool expired already. I am afraid you have to buy new update to restore the software on it. Thanks!
